Policies

 

• Fourteen Calendar Days notice required to place an order. 

• TWO Dozen Minimum required on ALL cupcake orders. 

• A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required at the time upon ordering and the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the date of pickup. 

  • Example: If your requested pickup date is 2/1/22 then your remaining balance would be due on 1/19/22. 

• If an order is canceled, your deposit is non refundable. Deposits are transferable on a case by case basis pending availability. 

• Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt. If your invoice is not paid within the 24 hour window it will be canceled and cannot be resent as dates cannot be held. 

• Once the deposit has been paid you are unable to change/alter previous agreed upon details, designs, and colors. Please be certain to include all of the above and confirm before proceeding with your payment. 

• I will not replicate any of my previous designs nor other artist designs. 

• Orders requested 14 calendar days from pickup/delivery date, balance must be paid in full at the time of order. 

 

Refunds

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders.

Rush Fees 

​

• Orders requested between 13-9 calendar days from the pickup/delivery date balance must be paid in full at the time of order PLUS $100 rush fee w/3 Dozen Max

• Orders requested between 8-4 calendar days from pickup/delivery date must be paid in full at the time of order PLUS $175 rush fee w/2 Dozen Max

Pickup & Delivery 

​

• Pickup & Delivery dates are set by the baker. 

• Pickup location is not disclosed until an order has been placed, paid in full, and one week out for pickup. 

• If you are running late for any reason please communicate by calling 202-417-8664 or email. 

• All orders must be picked up 30-45 minutes after the time agreed upon. 

• If an order is not picked up on time, your order will be held until the next business day for pickup. No exceptions!!

• Delivery is an additional charge based on the address provided by the customer. Base delivery for the first 20 miles is $25. Anything outside of the 20 mile base is $1.50 per mile thereafter. 

 

Cupcake, Jared, Alphabet/Number, Covid DIY Kit Care

 

Keep your cupcakes/cake refrigerated until consumption. Remove from fridge 15-20 minutes in advance for any display. Dispose one week from the pickup/drop off date. 

 

Cookie & Covid DIY Kit Care 

 

DO NOT refrigerate! Keep decorated cookies in provided heat sealed bags until ready to serve or consume. Store in a cool dry place and enjoy within two weeks. 

 

Macaron Care 

 

These delectables are good for 7 days at room temperature and good in an airtight (Tupperware) container refrigerated for 2 weeks.
